Charities from across Cheshire attended a webinar recently hosted by Dave Powell one of Cheshire Connect’s Business Skill Donors. Dave runs Thrive Creative in Congleton. The subject of this webinar was “Using Digital Technology to Enhance Service Delivery” which is particularly relevant in these current changing times.
Dave has already developed an App for Ruby’s Fund enabling them to continue to remotely support their beneficiaries and their families.
Many charities are currently considering how they may need to reconfigure their services going forward. The webinar enabled charities to explore the benefits of using digital platforms as part of their overall service delivery in the future. It also provided a useful forum for introducing new ways of working.
